Devices in this grade show noticeable signs of use, including visible scratches, scuffs, and general wear from regular use. The screen may have visible marks, while the body will display clear signs of wear and tear. Despite the cosmetic imperfections, all devices are fully tested and guaranteed to be in complete working order.

D

Fair / Damaged

Devices in this grade show significant signs of wear and damage, including visible cracks on the screen and/or back, dents, chips, and other cosmetic imperfections. They may also have minor functional issues, such as reduced battery performance or faulty buttons. While the device powers on and remains operational, its overall condition may impact usability and user experience.

Cosmetic condition (screen, frame, back housing)
Functional performance (buttons, cameras, speakers, Face ID / Touch ID, etc.)
Battery condition
IMEI status (must be clear and not blacklisted)
